We're looking for an experienced Fleet Engineering Manager to oversee operations and ensure our clients bus fleet remains in peak condition. Fleet Engineering Manager Role: As Fleet Engineering Manager, you will manage a skilled team dedicated to maintaining our vehicles, ensuring they are ready to cover over 12 million miles across South Wales annually. You will be responsible for team management, including disciplinary and appraisals.
