Process Engineer

Bespak are looking for a Process Engineer for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £45,500 and £54,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance. Working Pattern Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times . In this role, you will be responsible for the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes for pressurized metered dose inhalers (pMDIs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production is efficient, safe, and compliant with all regulatory standards. You will also play a key role in the scale-up of new products and the introduction of new equipment and technologies. This will involve collaborating with R&D and product development teams to ensure a smooth transition from pilot-scale to full-scale manufacturing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. This Process Engineer position is part of the initial phase of recruitment for an exciting new venture. Scale-up new product lines and implement technology transfers. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and EMA regulatory standards. Troubleshoot equipment and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Process Engineer, beneficial key skills and experience: Qualified in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering, or related field. Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment. cGMP, FDA, and EMA knowledge. Process validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
