Mechanical Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established company based within the Llanidloes area. This is a full-time position with a yearly salary of £33,000 and £37,000 dependant on experience. The working hours are as follows: * Monday – Friday : 08:00 – 16:30 Main Roles and Responsibilities: * Responsible for projects from assembly through to installation. * Assist with equipment assembly as needed. * Minor fabrication work. * Ensure site Health and Safety compliance, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all on-site activities. * Interpret layout drawings based on installation needs. * Will require occasional travel away from home. What qualifications and skills do you need: * Mechanical knowledge and experience * Familiarity with conveyors and ABB robotic systems is preferred * At least 3 years of experience in reactive and small project maintenance. * Valid UK driving license. * Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive mindset. * Basic IT proficiency. * Excellent time management and planning abilities. * Capable of providing clear and concise information in reports
