Senior Electrical Design Engineer

JOB – Senior Electrical Design Engineer LOCATION – Hampshire TERM – Permanent SALARY – £60,000 - £70,000 per annum. A UK based Engineering company are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: BEng or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline. 5 years’ experience in electrical design in a relevant industry such as Maritime or Power. Good understanding of CAD electrical design packages. Ideally experience with Power equipment such as amplifiers. Positive & keen-to-learn attitude. Strong communication skills. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer’s duties will involve: Working closely with other engineers to design & develop systems for the marine sector. Participate in verification. Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed at all times. Ensuring customer requirements are met at all times.
