If you are a skilled CNC Miller and are looking to join a leading firm in Coventry, please click ‘apply now!’ The Benefits £30,000-£40,000 salary dependent on experience - £15-£19 per hour Overtime always available and paid at 1.33x - £19.95-£25.27 per hour 31 Days holiday including bank holidays June & August week shutdowns – taken out of holiday allowance Pension Scheme Ongoing commitment to training and progression The Role Program, set and operate 3 & 4 axis milling machinery using Heidenhain controls to produce precise components for a variety of industries. Produce small and large batches of precise components working to extremely tight tolerances to ensure quality expectations are met. Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of materials efficiently and effectively. Follow and adhere to company Health & Safety policies and procedures. The Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Miller working with Heidenhain controls (essential) Proven ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings (essential) Previous experience producing components for the motorsport/automotive industries (advantageous) Ability to work alone and as part of a team Willingness to train and progress Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
