Join this close-knit IT team as an IT Engineer, reporting directly to the IT Director. This is a hands-on, customer-centered role where you’ll manage a range of support tickets, work with the latest technology, and contribute to projects that add real value to the company.
What you’ll do in this IT Engineer role:
Deploy laptops and iPhones with JAMF, maintain asset lists, and handle user onboarding across applications like Okta, Google Apps, and Slack.
Maintain and troubleshoot Mac and iOS devices, address networking issues, and document solutions.
Support the IT Director in major IT projects and manage our help desk, tracking and elevating user requests until resolved.
Oversee security tools (e.g., Umbrella, antivirus) and ensure Zoom rooms are fully operational.
Deliver structured training to new and existing users, enhancing their technical confidence.What you can bring to this IT Engineer role:
1-2 years of relevant IT experience (financial or professional services background a plus).
Proficiency with Mac, Windows, JAMF/MDM, Google Workspace, and Zoom technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive, flexible mindset.
A positive, team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
