• Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems on submarines
• Ensuring all electrical systems and components meet stringent safety and operational standards
• Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
• Conducting inspections and testing of electrical equipment and systems
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Experience as an Approved Electrician, preferably within the defence sector
• Proficient in installation and maintenance of complex electrical systems
• Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant electrical qualification or equivalent certification
