Senior Voice and Communication Engineer

Harris global are currently on the lookout for a Senior Voice/Communication Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess Zoom UCaaS and Nice CXOne experience. Candidates who possess Zoom experience and skills with another type of Contact Centre tool will also be considered. This is a permanent opportunity with 3 days per week onsite in our clients London based office. Skills to include: Understanding of Telephony and Video protocols is mandatory, including voice and video signalling, audio codecs, SIP, PRI/BRI, multicast Extensive experience of working in large-scale telecommunications environments, working with Cloud Telephony and Contact Centre Expert experience with Voice and Video platforms Experience with Zoom phone and video provisioning and UCaaS solutions Experience with NICE CXOne Contact Centre Experience with Cisco UCS hardware and VMware (preferred) Experience with Cisco Expressway, UCM, UCCX, and UC (preferred) Experience with Certificates, SSO, Ping, Proofpoint (preferred) Experience in Trade Desk Turret and voice recording systems (preferred) Knowledge of, and experience with, Panorama Firewall technologies, methodologies, and troubleshooting (preferred) Familiarity with network design (Servers, Firewalls, Protocols, Topologies), TCP/IP protocol suite, ARP, routing, VRF, switching, spanning-tree, network security, QoS, DHCP, DNS, etc., including knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IGRP, RIP, and Multicast If your experience fits the points above, please apply now!
