Mobile Gas Engineer

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join the team located in/around the South East region. Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Purpose of the Job To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on various sites within the region. Key Responsibilities: Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract Ensure all gas certification is up to date Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times. Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. Skills and Experience: 1. CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT 2. 5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role 3. Experience on working on large commercial boilers 4. Experience on work on Direct fired AHU's 5. Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus 6. Ability to communicate at all levels 7. Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail 8. Computer literate - Word, Excel Accountabilities: 1. Accountable to the Contract Manager 2. The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff 3.
