Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial Portfolio Location: Based within the M25 Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to manage the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across a commercial property portfolio within the M25. You will be responsible for ensuring all air conditioning systems operate efficiently and meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities of an Air Conditioning Engineer: * Perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites. * Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning units, including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs. * Ensure compliance with health & safety and F-Gas regulations. * Provide excellent service to clients and maintain strong relationships. * Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Requirements of an Air Conditioning Engineer: * Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair. * F-Gas certification is essential. * Strong knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF, and AHUs. * Full UK driving licence required. * Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
