Senior MEP Project Manager - (Electrical Bias) West London £100,000 Are you ready to take the helm of an £8 million full M&E package for an education project in West London? This is a prestigious role with a large M&E contractor, offering a competitive salary of £100,000 plus travel expenses, holiday, and pension benefits. Why This Role Stands Out: - Leadership and Impact: Lead a dedicated team of 2 Project Managers (Mechanical and Electrical) and 6-8 Site Managers. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of this significant educational facility. - Diverse Project Scope: Oversee the construction of two blocks, including two floors of science labs and seven floors of classrooms and offices. This project encompasses both shell & core and fit-out phases, providing a comprehensive and challenging environment. - Client-Facing Role: Engage directly with clients, ensuring their vision is realised to the highest standards.
