Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced **Chiller Engineer** to join our clients team on a world famous **static site** in **West London**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in **commercial chiller/fridge maintenance** and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in **Facilities Management (FM)** to work on a single site without travel.
As a Chiller Engineer, you will be responsible for providing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of **commercial chiller systems**, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial chiller systems.
- Diagnose faults and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all client service agreements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all work completed on-site.
**Required Experience and Qualifications:**
- HVAC or Air Conditioning Qualification (Level 2 minimum)
- Proven experience with commercial chiller and fridge maintenance
- 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
