The Role: As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions within the engineering sector, handling both contract and permanent roles. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your background in engineering recruitment, working with established clients while developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles, both contract and permanent. * Advertise, source, and screen candidates to meet client requirements. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery. * Proactively engage in business development to expand the client base within the engineering sector. * Conduct interviews, reference checks, and other recruitment processes. * Negotiate terms with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth placement process.
