This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overhead Crane Engineer at MH Mechanical Handling Ltd. The Overhead Crane Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the maintenance, service, and repair of overhead gantry cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment. This includes conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. Areas to be covered are Kent, Essex and Greater London.

Overhead Crane Engineer Qualifications:

• Lifting Equipment and Crane knowledge
• Experience in Heavy Equipment maintenance and repair
• Inspection skills and adherence to safety regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with overhead gantry cranes and hoists
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Relevant certifications in crane operation and maintenance
• Hard-working and Honest
• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and experience

Additional

• Minimum 2 years experience in overhead Crane Mechanical/Electrical engineering
• LEEA Qualifications would be advantageous
