??Our client is looking for a strong, Senior React Developer, to join them in shaping the future of financial technology and redefining trading experiences for the market.
They are a dynamic Trading House specialising in cross-asset derivatives, and, in response to heightened customer demand and strategic growth through acquisition, they are now embarking on an exciting journey to revamp and reimagine their front-end architecture.
This transformative initiative encompasses the Clearing, Risk, and Click & Trade platforms, focusing on enhancing performance and scalability.
The goal is to empower our customers and traders with a distinct advantage, delivering real-time data, actionable insights, and advanced analytics.
This exciting opportunity to join this innovative Trading House, means you will dive into the world of real-time trading systems and play a pivotal role in shaping their architecture.
While experience with C#.NET on the back end is highly preferred, proficiency in Node.js is also acceptable.
??As a Full Stack, React Engineer, you will enjoy considerable engineer in a senior role, you'll enjoy considerable influence and freedom in steering the development journey.
Along with this, no prior financial services experience is required, if you have it, great, but if not, the company is committed to training and developing the right candidate.

?? Hybrid working: 2 days a week from the London-based Offices in Liverpool street
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, coding, and testing all components of modern web applications.
- Contribute heavily to the overall architecture and design of the front end applications
- Develop solutions to a high standard that is maintainable, testable and meets the requirement’s acceptance criteria.
- Adhere to development best practices and processes.
- Communicate with team members, introduce ideas, and keep abreast of the latest technologies.
- Liaise with business users to gather application requirements.
- Ensure delivered systems are of production quality. Ensure software is adequately documented for handover to the business.
Experience needed for this Full Stack, React, Engineer:
- Proven track record and professional experience in a Full Stack Development role, with a focus on Front end, Software design and architecture
- 5+ years experience designing and building event-driven user interfaces
- Proven expertise in React for front-end development and C#/Node.JS for back-end development.
- GraphQL is a big plus, as is proficiency in SQL and Redux.
- Methodical approach to software architecture and design and experience employing the right design choices for a given project
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working within a Financial Services Environment with Front Office collaboration
- Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts is a plus, but not essential.
