This is a firm that is run by ex employees' of huge global players in the workplace sector, you will be working with the best!!!!   This position offers progression routes to become Technical Lead therefore would suit someone who is looking to progress their career to the next step!   Must haves: ·Excellent Revit, if they also had some residual CAD skill it would be a bonus ·Working knowledge of SketchUp ·Excellent detailing, knowledge of materials, techniques ·Knowledgeable with commercial building systems, structure, and ability to coordinate design within. ·Conversant with Building Regs and statutory requirements. ·Comm skills and confidence sufficient to liaise with consultants and contractors, leading workshops ·Team player but self-motivated ·Background - architectural / design   Benefits + more info: ·Working hours: 9:30-17:30 ·20 days plus any UK bank holidays.
