Qualifications: Mechanical/Engineering Degree: A relevant qualification in mechanical or engineering disciplines. Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a high-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. Project & Maintenance Management: Proven track record of managing multiskilled engineers for project work, product advisory, and preventative maintenance (PPM), with a focus on minimising downtime and ensuring safety.
