Air Conditioning Engineer

Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a large well established Commerical heating company who are based in Berkshire who are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer on a permanent basis. You will be working on working on a range of interesting contracts including office buildings, airports, retail projects carrying out AC installations, repairs and breakdowns across Berkshire and some sites within London. My client is looking for experienced engineers who are based within Berkshire / London or in neighboring counties. This is working a 40-hour working week with a great work life balance. Duties * Planned maintenance, emergency reactive breakdowns and installations * Minor fault-finding, on air conditioning, ventilation systems and some refrigeration units * You will be working on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and must have experience on working on VRVs, VRFs, splits, cracks units, chillers and some refrigeration works * Repairing faulty equipment and components, Understanding and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting You will need * You’ll have a minimum of an F Gas Category 1 certificate * have previously worked in a field-based multi-site maintenance role * Driving license * Experience working on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, crack units and some refrigeration works * Chillers experience (advantageous) In Return * Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience * 40 hour working week with core hours from 8am – 4:30pm * Competitive over time rates * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Company van, fuel card, tablet + mobile phone * Great work life balance & progression
