Shift Engineer - Maintenance Technician - 34K

Are you an experienced Hotel Engineer looking for a new challenge? THE JOB: Completion of the general maintenance repairs as per Opera’s checklist Carry out painting and decorating repairs as necessary. Performing scheduled maintenance as per manufacturers recommendations and manuals. Maintenance of the equipment, supplies and tools to ensure they’re ready to use as required. Adherence to the Health and Safety policies and standards are followed at all times and to ensure that safe working practices are used at all times. Ensure that all weekly checks are done according to the schedule i.e. gas, water and electricity. Attending additional training courses as and when required. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience as a Shift Engineer for at least 1 year within a Hotel or a Private Members Club Can do attitude and positive approach any new challenges with a strong problem-solving focus. Great team player yet able to work independently. Reliable and excellent timekeeper. THE PACKAGE: 34K per annum + Service Charge 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis (no late evenings!)
