Key Responsibilities: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure optimal performance of production machinery. Provide proactive and reactive engineering services, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues quickly and efficiently. Assist in root cause analysis to enhance the reliability and performance of equipment and reduce downtime. Engage in Continuous Improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies. Work as part of a highly skilled team to maintain a high standard of plant performance. What Were Looking For: Education & Qualifications: Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent qualification), Skills: Technologically proficient with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and making improvements. Ability to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing production environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
