We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our innovative team and help build a platform transforming how B2B sales teams and clients collaborate. Our platform enables seamless interaction between sales teams and customers through personalized workspaces, mutual action plans, and data-driven insights. If you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoy transforming complex data into simple, engaging user experiences, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Design Intuitive User Interfaces : Create user-friendly interfaces to streamline communication and collaboration, simplifying the sales process. Data-Driven Design : Develop dashboards and visualizations that present complex sales and engagement data in a digestible format, empowering quick decision-making. Enhance User Experience : Partner with product and development teams to craft seamless user journeys, keeping UX at the forefront. Prototype & Iterate : Build interactive prototypes, iterate based on user feedback, and optimize designs for the best experience possible. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and engineering to align design with business goals, ensuring a cohesive product vision. Lead End-to-End Design Process : From wireframes to high-fidelity designs, own key features like workspace creation, customer tools, and mutual action plans. Customer-Centric Approach : Translate the needs of B2B sales teams and clients into actionable UI/UX solutions that drive productivity and improve collaboration. Requirements: 3-5 years in product design, focusing on B2B SaaS or collaboration tools. Portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX for data visualization , dashboards, and workspaces. Experience designing solutions for complex processes, particularly in customer collaboration or sales enablement . Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar tools. Ability to turn large datasets into clear, usable insights through thoughtful design. Experience in user testing with a focus on iterative improvement. Strong communication skills for presenting design ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment , balancing multiple projects and priorities.
