2nd Line Support Engineer

DK Recruitment are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. Duties Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer or escalated from the 1st line team Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details Tech stack Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Network Support Office 365 & Azure PowerShell Windows Server Location: Exeter/2 days per week WFH.
