Electrical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical aspects of residential projects across various sites in London. Your duties will include: * Managing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS). * Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site. * Developing project timelines and budgets. * Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. * Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. * Reporting directly to senior management on project status. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess: * A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in residential projects. * Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management. * Strong knowledge of RAMS and experience in preparing them. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions. * Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification. * Strong leadership and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in project management software. Work Schedule: The Electrical Project Manager will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London. Why Join Us?
