Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator or Setter/Operator Shift: Days Rate: £16 - £17.50 for Setter Operator and £18 - £21.50 for Programmer The Job * Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines, specifically Fanuc controls. * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce precision components. * Proving out programs (if a programmer), fault finding, and optimizing performance. * Ensuring quality and accuracy of machined parts through self-inspection. * Tool setting & offset adjustments Requirements * Experienced in the setting and operating of CNC milling machines * General high standard of engineering ability * Experience in aerospace component manufacture is beneficial but not essential * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills. * Commitment to quality and safety. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
