We are looking for a dynamicElectrical Shift Leaderto join our team in acritical sitein Chester. This is a hands-on leadership role with a 50/50 split between technical work and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the shift engineer
• Handle contractor bookings
• Ensure compliance, permits, and RAMs are up-to-date
• Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations in a high-stakes environment
