Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking to lead and inspire within a growing aerospace manufacturing company? We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in Bristol, overseeing our Engineering Department and taking charge of key development initiatives.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining engineering systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Sabre4 standards, and leading product and systems conformance efforts. You'll also manage and mentor a talented team of CAD/CAM Development Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and NPI Engineers.
What we're looking for:
- Proven expertise in both design and manufacturing engineering within aerospace or other precision-driven industries.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and specialized processes such as coatings.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD/CAM) and CNC machining processes, including milling and turning.
