• Looking for someone with a background in FM either Elec or Mech

Your new role

• Pre planned & Reactive maintenance within a commercial office space
• We are looking for an individual with a strong knowledge of building services.
• EML, Light testing, Fire alarms
• AHU, FCU
• Client facing - we are looking for a strong and likable attitude

What we are looking for

• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications up to today's date
• Previous similar experience
• Good work attitude
