Building Services Manager - Mechanical

Are you a Mechanically biased Project Manager or Building Services Manager that would be interested in a new exciting opportunity? We are working with an established Main Contractor that are looking to recruit a No 2 Building Services Manager, reporting into the Senior BSM on a number of sites. The role will be based in and around the Northern Home Counties. The chosen individual will manage MEPH consultants through the design process, enabling works, through to MEPH subcontractors on site. The BSM will act as the point of reference for ton site co-ordination and technical decisions and quality, delivering work that meets project requirements, Employers requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with the clients standards. Circa £80,000 basic salary and all the other benefits are on offer for this specific role.
