Cost / Estimator Engineer Hinkley Point C, Somerset Long term contract, Full-time £35 per hour PAYE + allowances Job Title: Cost / Estimator Engineer Description & Background: Hinkley Point C is a nuclear site, in which the project is to construct two major EPR nuclear plants. An opportunity has arisen within the HPC project for a Cost Engineer with estimating experience. Responsibilities: • Monthly Cost Report • Application for payment • CvR report • Bookings Report • Interigation of costs • Weekly Dashboard • Work with Change Contol Team to underpin claims • Preperation of estimates Experience Required: • Relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience • Previous experience in an estimator role. • Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment. • Previous experience of NEC forms of contract • Able to present data • Good IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Location: • Hinkley Point C Site Hours: • Full-time, 10-12 hours per day, Monday-Friday This is a long-term contract with a large organisation that will give you an opportunity to grow your career.
