This project has secant piles, concrete structures and associated Marine & cable laying. £10 Million (NEC) Marine & Infrastructure Project based East of Edinburgh. This Leading Main Contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager capable of leading a team on site. Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a change or a driven Senior Site Agent ready to step up ? The project Scope of work ranges from Secant Piles, Cofferdam Construction and laying of specialist cable equipment 40 Meters out to sea. As well as concrete sub-structure and ducts works to support new infrastructure & services . Client works on a National basis so open to those wishing to travel from Ireland or Scotland on a Weekly basis as all travel & digs paid. You will not be lost as a number and you WILL have a voice within this business. Reporting directly into the Operations Director for the Group that sits on the board. About the Client * Operating across Scotland, England, Ireland & Wales * Act as Principal Main Contractor * Currently turnover £70 Million + * Highly profitable organization * 100+ Years Successful trading * Track record across Marine, Infrastructure, Rail & Utilities * A small project would be £5 Million and a large would be £25 Million Client is looking to hire * Project Manager that can plan, execute & deliver to program and budget * Degree Civil Engineering – Individuals with a strong background with HNC / HND maybe considered * Are you a Civil Engineer that has worked your way up through the ranks from Site Engineer, Site Agent through to No1 on site * Stakeholder management, communication & planning all critical for success in this business as you will be expected to make decisions Benefits * Basic Salary Range of £75-85,000 * Car Allowance or Electric Car * Project Bonus * Pension * Life Cover * Private Healthcare
