PT Renewables is partnered with one of the fastest growing energy consultancies looking for a Lead Energy Engineer to mentor and build the energy team.
The Role
As a Lead Energy Energy Engineer you'll to drive a variety of energy-related projects, ranging from electric and heat generation to fuel sustainability and compliance with incentive schemes.
This role is ideal for an project engineer looking to make a move into a management role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of diverse energy projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and third parties, building strong relationships to ensure project success.
- Lead and develop a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates, and Apprentices, fostering growth and excellence.
- Take a hands-on approach to managing projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing proactive support to colleagues.
- Analyze complex data and present findings in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders.
About you
- A professionally qualified engineer with line management experience.
- Proven track record in delivering studies and feasibility projects within the energy sector.
- Technical knowledge related to the energy industry.
- Excellent report-writing capabilities and IT skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
- A full, clean driving license.
