Senior Interior Designer

This Design & Build Office Fit-Out company are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their expanding team. They hold a strong belief that their designs are only as good as the talent who create them.
They cover a range of services and specialise in the design, creation and delivery of the highest quality offices all taking full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects, liaising directly with the client from the brief stage, through the design process to develop finalised concepts
• Manage and maintain open client relationships working closely alongside the Sales team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Adhere to building and planning regulations
• Contributing and coordinating design from a creative, concept standpoint
• Be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an interest to pursue personal development
• Have an eye for creative space planning and interpreting client briefs
• Develop and produce exciting, creative design schemes, tailored to the requirements

About You:

• Experience in Workplace Interior Design, preferably Design & Build
• Prior experience of leading and running your own projects
• Confident pitcher
• Understanding of current and future workplace trends and strategy
• Fully fluent in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of Sketch-Up with knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
• Good knowledge and ability to implement compliance and building regulations
