Senior Information Technology Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to join our growing team. You will be based at our office in the City of London and will engage in on-site project work while also enjoying the benefits of hybrid working. Proximity to London is essential for this role. This position will require hands-on technical expertise as well as customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Cloud deployment and migrations
• Microsoft Entra ID and Intune implementation
• Microsoft 365 deployment
• Conditional access setup
• Office setups and relocations
• Network equipment deployment and patching
• Backup deployment and management
• Video conferencing system setup
• Provide support for 3rd line escalations from our helpdesk team

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience with Microsoft Windows and Cloud services, including but not limited to:
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
• Intune
• Conditional access and related security features
• Cloud deployment and network setup
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
• Must be eligible to work in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable and will be prioritised.
