Role Database Officer 12mth FTC (Maternity) aka Database Administrator, CRM Administrator, Raiser's Edge DBA, Database Manager  Location Remote - Work from home Occasional (once a month or less) to London Office Salary 35 - 40K, 26 days Holiday + Bank, 34.5 hr week The role The Database Officer is responsible for supporting and contributing to database operations, including ensuring all income received is accurately and promptly processed; helping to maintain the database to ensure data quality; running and assisting with data selections; and generally assisting Fundraising teams with their data requirements. This role will suit an individual who can work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team. Key Requirements Experience of Raiser's Edge and Import-o-matic database to advanced level Experience of Database Administration Income processing on Raiser's Edge Knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR, Charity Law and Fundraising regulations Excel and Basic Access Blackbaud Merchant Services and other online giving portals Experience of Gift Aid Reconciliations and claims Experience with external agencies (mailing houses and data management)Great opportunity to join a friendly charity doing great work.
