Role Overview: Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in packaging line operations? This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Lead Engineer, where you will oversee one of our main production lines and ensure it runs smoothly to hit key production targets. What You'll Do: Keep the Packaging Line Running: Maintain sensors, motors, and conveyors to ensure optimal performance. Lead & Train: Guide and train technical operatives on the production line. General Maintenance: Take charge of regular line maintenance to meet production goals. Hands-On Support: Assist with production tasks as required to meet daily targets. What You'll Need: Experience: Previous role in packaging line maintenance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining sensors, motors, and conveyors. Leadership Abilities: Strong team leadership and communication skills. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations certification. Salary & Benefits: Competitive Pay: £52,000 per annum + £2,000 annual performance bonus (not guaranteed).
