Mechanical Maintenance Engineer An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider has arisen! We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work at a prestigious static site in the heart of London. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. You must have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. There is also plenty of overtime available on a weekly basis! Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 , Monday to Friday Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer ·Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant associated with HVAC systems ·Replacement of bearings, seals, filters, and associated components ·Knowledge of general building services practices ·Strong Mechanical experience with some Electrical knowledge ·Good working knowledge of AHU’s, FCU’s, Heat Exchangers, Humidity Controls and BMS ·Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld About You as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer ·Qualified In a Mechanical discipline with certificates. ·Plumbing and Mechanical skills ·Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems ·Steady and progressive work history ·Experienced in work on large scale building services applications If this is an opportunity that appeals to you, please do not hesitate to send us your CV by clicking "Apply Now
