QA Engineer Fully Remote My client, an innovative company, is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate QA Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will design and execute testing scenarios for both new and existing projects. Deep analytical and technical skills are required, along with proven experience in testing enterprise-class systems within complex and distributed environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop testing strategies for both functional and non-functional requirements from a user perspective. Create test plans/cases within a Lean/Agile framework, defining methodologies, pass/fail criteria, and risk assessments. Perform ad hoc, exploratory, and user-acceptance testing to ensure products function as expected. Conduct regression and integration testing as releases move through different environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address testing gaps and resolve issues. Balance automation and manual testing, making informed decisions on when each approach is appropriate. Drive quality engineering best practices and contribute to automation frameworks. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Test Engineering. BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks, regression testing, web services, and APIs. Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools.
