Avionic and Mechanical Supervisors Location: Hampshire, England Job Type: Contract currently running until 31/03/2025 with potential for extension Morson Talent are currently seeking Avionic and Mechanical Supervisors to work on the Chinook aircraft based at RAF Odiham. Job Duties: Supervising and coordinating the work of avionic and mechanical technicians Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Overseeing maintenance, repair, and installation of avionic and mechanical systems Developing and implementing maintenance schedules Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Training and mentoring junior staff members Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Avionic or Mechanical Supervisor Knowledge of aerospace and aviation regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Applicants must have held authorisations as a Supervisor and a Mk4 Chinook Q Course although MK3 Q may be considered If you have the required experience for this position, please apply today or contact Lisa Nardiello on for further information.
