Location: Central London (Holborn, Tottenham Court Road, Kings Cross, Fitzrovia, Wandsworth, Ladbroke Grove) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Flexible for the right candidate) Benefits: 25 days holiday, Annual pay reviews, Training & Progression, Oyster card provided for travel Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are currently seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer (mechanical bias preferred) to join our team, covering various commercial office buildings across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their skills, as full training will be provided in areas you may be less familiar with. Key Responsibilities: * Foot mobile role covering multiple sites in areas such as Holborn, Tottenham Court Road, Kings Cross, Fitzrovia, and surrounding areas. * Routine PPM and reactive works including: * Water treatment * Fire alarm testing * Emergency light testing * Assisting other engineers with electrical/mechanical maintenance. * Oyster card provided for travel between sites. * Opportunities for overtime. What We’re Looking For: * Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with a mechanical bias. * Willingness to travel across various sites in Central London (client will prioritize locations near your home). * Eagerness to learn and develop in areas such as electrical/mechanical maintenance.
