Venture Up are currently working with an exciting and innovative company who are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Support Engineer to join their growing team, reporting in to their Head of Technical Support.
We are looking for someone with the following experience;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Experience with Windows Desktop and Server environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Proficient in system monitoring setup and maintenance
- Experience with server virtualisation technologies
- Experience providing advanced end-user support for common hardware
This hire will play a crucial part in delivering 3rd line support for internal applications, infrastructure and hardware, along with 2nd line support for our client's software solutions to both customers and staff.
