Mechanical Supervisor

Red Rock Consultants are working with one of the leading M&E companies in the Midlands, specialising in providing top-tier mechanical and electrical services across various commercial sectors.
They are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the site management of major commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all mechanical operations on-site, ensuring efficient delivery of projects.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for client liaison, ensuring client satisfaction and clear communication.
- Attend and contribute to site meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Supervise and manage on-site teams, providing leadership and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and within timeframes.
- Ensure all work is in line with project specifications and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- SSSTS
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Mechanical)
- Gold card
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, particularly in commercial projects.
- Extensive experience with mechanical packages, including HVAC, gas, and plumbing.
- Previous experience working on multi-million-pound commercial projects is highly desirable.
