Take a look at some of our projects here: Discover our projects - Pick EverardYou will lead on delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and to budget.Find out what it is like to work at Pick Everard here: Life at PickEverard - Pick EverardAbout YouThe successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional designs and be driven to succeed on a diverse range of projects.Our ideal Senior Structural Engineer must have: Incorporated or working towards Chartered membership of ICE or IStructE Very good Structural Engineering knowledge with a deep understanding of key principles embedded in theory and practice with a proactive approach to problem solving Good verbal communication. An ability to communicate ideas within a multidisciplinary team and mentor/supervise employees. Experience relevant to UK practice and knowledge of UK design standards, codes of practice and methods of construction. An advanced knowledge of structural engineering modelling, analysis, and design software (Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds and STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360).It would be nice for you to have: Very good time and people management skills. The motivation to undertake relevant CPD and to increase skills and knowledge Develop day-to-day control of resourcing and programming. Ability to develop effective team management skills.
