Perform regular preventative maintenance checks, recording these on the company's computerised system. Conduct essential repairs and servicing of reach trucks and pallet trucks, with major repairs being managed by external contractors. Maintain and repair the building's structure as required. Work closely with the management team, providing detailed reports on completed repairs and any arising issues. Maintain thorough records of all maintenance activities. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management. Experience: Qualified in an Engineering or relevant discipline (City & Guilds, BTEC, or Degree). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior maintenance role, showcasing an understanding of the technical workings of your environment. Willingness to continuously expand your knowledge beyond your core expertise. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to establish productive relationships across all levels of the business. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility in working hours to meet the business's needs.
