Pre-Sales Engineer

Pre-Sales / Technical Support Engineer in the HVAC sector required to provide application and pre-sales project technical support for the sales team and customers EG for AHU and Heat Pumps selection and quotation!!    This client are an international HVAC business with over 8 branches worldwide- So there are opportunities to train all across Europe as well as the on going benefit of training at your fingertips through consistent remote sessions!! In this Pre-Sales Engineer/ HVAC Technical Support role you will: Provide application and pre-sales project support for the HVAC sales team and large commercial and residential customers predominantly though the selection and quotations for AHUs, AC units, Chillers, and Heat Pumps! Provide technical support and site inspection/ Sizing of residential heat pumps whether whole house or room by room Review of the specification, tender documents and drawings received from the client or consultant / Light design the heating / cooling systems and ventilations Provide ongoing customer support throughout the ordering and delivery process Prepare submittals Plus much more which can be discussed via application Package includes: Salaries between £30K to £45K depending on experience Company bonus! 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 4 X death in service pay Enhanced pension Genuine opportunities to progress up the business Exposure to huge contracts  Plus more which can be discussed upon applications   Requirements: Ideally we look to hire HVAC industry professionals with similar experience in a Pre Sales Engineer, Technical Support or Proposal Engineer however if you feel you have transferable skills from within the industry, please do reach out!
