The Role:

• Perform Planned, Preventative, and Reactive Maintenance across the site
• Ensure continuous and safe operation of plant equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis for machinery failures
• Improve equipment uptime and prevent future breakdowns
• Manage and maintain PPM schedules
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations
• Maintain accurate reports and inventory records
• Implement best practices within the maintenance department
• Coordinate contractor call-outs

Skills Required:

• Multi-Skilled Time Served Engineer
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong technical competence
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions without direct supervision
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for innovation
