Shift Engineer - Maintenance Technician - 34K

Are you an experienced Hotel Engineer looking for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

• Completion of the general maintenance repairs as per Opera s checklist
• Carry out painting and decorating repairs as necessary.
• Performing scheduled maintenance as per manufacturers recommendations and manuals.
• Maintenance of the equipment, supplies and tools to ensure they re ready to use as required.
• Adherence to the Health and Safety policies and standards are followed at all times and to ensure that safe working practices are used at all times.
• Ensure that all weekly checks are done according to the schedule i.e. gas, water and electricity.
• Attending additional training courses as and when required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience as a Shift Engineer for at least 1 year within a Hotel or a Private Members Club
• Can do attitude and positive approach any new challenges with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Great team player yet able to work independently.
• Reliable and excellent timekeeper.

THE PACKAGE:

• 34K per annum + Service Charge
• 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis (no late evenings!)
