We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer to join our team as a full-time employee to take charge of a platform we are building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development as well as server-side development. The role is in-house three days a week in Hammersmith, London, with two days working from home, if preferred. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, managing databases, and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. There is a strong emphasis on best practices, with tidy and organised documentation being essential.
The candidate must be prepared for a long-term role, as we want someone to join our team who truly understands what we do. The business has been established for seven years, has a solid structural base, and is poised for future growth. We're a small and nimble team, that enjoys day-to-day work in a fun environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the platform using Flutter and the Dart language.
- Manage MySQL databases and handle API integrations (Laravel).
- Collaborate on UI/UX elements, utilising external developers or designers as needed (subject to cost).
- Drive the project forward while deeply understanding our business, particularly in property development lending.

- An easy commute (under 1 hour) to Hammersmith, as in-office collaboration is crucial.
- The ability to learn new technologies independently. While we can't provide tech training, we value a candidate who can quickly upskill and take ownership of the platform.
