ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR POSITON AVALIABLE IN GLASGOW
COMMERCIAL PROJECT
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-profile commercial project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a team of electricians and oversee the electrical installation work on a large-scale commercial development. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical works, managing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the electrical team on a commercial construction project.
* Oversee electrical installations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Ensure that all electrical works comply with current regulations, codes of practice, and health & safety guidelines.
* Monitor the progress of electrical installations, providing regular updates to senior management.
* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other teams to resolve any issues and maintain project timelines.
* Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality assurance and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide technical support and training to the electrical team, ensuring everyone is up to date with the latest industry practices and safety standards.
Electrical Supervisor Key Requirements:
* Valid Gold ECS card
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* Significant experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a proven track record in managing commercial electrical projects.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and specifications for commercial developments.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues swiftly, maintaining progress on-site.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.
* Prior experience working on large-scale commercial projects is highly desirable
