CNC Turner Basic salary £34,580 (£17.50/hr for 38 hours) across 4 DAYS!! Based in Washington, Tyne and Wear My client is a precision engineering company who are looking to recruit a CNC Turner. You'd be working 38 hours per week but this is over 4 days, Monday to Thursday from 7am - 5pm. Overtime is often available on a Friday and sometimes a weekend, paid at time and a half. The Role: This is a skilled role, programming and operating a Doosan CNC machine with Fanuc controls. You'll be working in a traditional heavy engineering environment for a successful and well established precision engineering company The role is 38 hours a week but only working Monday to Thursday from 7am to 5pm. Overtime is often available on a Friday and sometimes a Saturday.The Person: We're looking for an experienced CNC programmer, so you'll be able to program and operate the machinery and need to have experience with Fanuc controls. You'll be time served and able to work independently. You'll be accessible to Washington on a day to day basis We need someone who is comfortable working in a traditional shop floor environment as part of a team.
