Product Development Engineer Location: Poole: Salary: Competitive Overview: This is a role that is supporting the R&D team, working with product development and product testing and would be suited to a recent graduate. Client: A leading manufacturer and supplier of bespoke advanced materials. Successful candidates will be responsible for the mechanical and analytical test laboratory. You will the support the R&D function in the development of new products. This is to include developing a required product specification that is either based on a customer requirement or specification or if pure R&D, working closely with the R&D chemist. Requirements: Educated to degree level with and interest in manufacturing engineering. Practical and hands-on experience, in a lab and production environment is advantageous The ideal candidate must be proficient with excel, word and powerpoint, and be able to produce data packages that are clear and presentable. Applicants must be able to follow instruction, with excellent communication skills and be responsible with health and safety.
